In talking with Lola Myatieva, a GEM who has been with Brightwild for three years this February, the most rewarding part of helping Brightwild’s guests for her is being able to turn strangers into friends within minutes of first interaction.

Being able to show off her hometown, Key West, and guide guests around to give them the ‘true’ local feel is when she feels most fulfilled, all with the intention to help vacations become memorable ones.

For Olivia Newbold, her fulfillment as a GEM comes when she knows something she’s recommended has had a positive impact on a guest and their stay

“The most rewarding part of working as a GEM is personalizing an unforgettable getaway for whatever occasion our guests are visiting for,” said GEM of 6 months, Hannah Kiger.

“Whether I'm assisting a bachelorette party plan a fun boat day, reserving a fancy dinner for a couple of honeymooners or simply making sure a water heater is on so the kids aren't cold in the pool, I instantly become a key piece in creating that individualized "perfect" experience that our guests and their friends and families will remember forever. My greatest feeling of self-accomplishment comes from positive reviews left by guests. It's gratifying to see past guests take time out of their busy schedules to appreciate the hard work and efforts of the Brightwild team.
